Thor glided across the sky with ease, lightening flickering across him as though to help. He maneuvered to land heavily on a clear strip of land, falling to a crouch so it would absorb the impact. He looked up, eyeing the other being already taking charge of the situation. He took up his hammer in a firm grip, stalking towards the other with caution.
“Hail, friend. What is your name?” His eyes shone with warning, the unspoken question of ‘be you friend or foe?’ hanging on the air between them.
Richard had been blasting away at the lizard like creatures who had ingested the civilians so that they could regenerate, when the source of the lightning made itself known in the from of the God of Thunder. “You’ve forgotten? Or is it because of the new get up?” He inquired, not unkindly. It had been a really long while, but Richard would never forget when Thor gave him his hand in ‘eternal friendship’ as the god had called it. “It’s Nova, Richard Rider.” He said as he continued to resist the wave of lizard men.
