She stepped inside the shop, moving to stand in the line with a light smile. “Mint Latte actually sounds great.” Rebecca replied as her eyes looked up at the menu to catch a glimpse of everything else. Despite seeing the menu, the drink he mentioned sounded superior.
“Sure. You wouldn’t regret it.” Or at least he hoped she wouldn’t, after all not everyone liked Latte or Mint, or both, or either of them with the other. It wasn’t long before it was their turn in the queue and Richard ordered from the cashier, “Two Mint Lattes please.” He took his wallet out of his pocket and paid for their coffee.
He led Rebecca to an empty seat, the coffee might take a while and he didn’t want to crowd the collection point. “So what brings you here?”
